Gainsharing Comment Period Extended
CMS has extended the comment period for the 2009 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule, issued on November 19, 2008 to allow for comments regarding the proposed exception to the Starks Law related to allowing for certain types of incentive payments or shared savings programs.

OIG Limits Stark Law Violation Self Disclosure Protocol
