On Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at 8:00 a.m. EDT, Mr. Cimasi co-presented the Keynote Address, entitled, "Trending Matters in Business Valuation and Healthcare Valuation," with Conference Co-Chair Marc Bello, CPA/ABV, CVA, MAAF, CFF, MST.

At 9:15 a.m. EDT, Mr. Cimasi presented an exposure draft of a paper entitled, "Can't See the Forest for the Trees-Misapplication of Economic Theory to the Increasing Regulatory Trend against Vertical Healthcare Integration."  

At 5:45 p.m. EDT, Mr. Cimasi served as a Co-Moderator with Conference Co-Chair Marc Bello, CPA/ABV, CVA, MAAF, CFF, MST, for the panel presentation entitled, "Conversations with the Masters," with co-presenters Chris Best, CPA/ABV, ASA, MCBA, ABAR, Octavian Ionici, PhD, CVA, and Jason Ruchaber, CFA, ASA. 

 Lastly, on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at 9:15 a.m. EDT, Mr. Cimasi, Senior Vice President, John R. Chwarzinski, MSF, MAE, and  Ashok Abbott, PhD,  presented an exposure draft of a paper entitled, "An Empirical Analysis of the Valuation Impact of Right of First Refusal (ROFR)."
