On May 9, 2007, HCC President, Robert James Cimasi taught a webinar course entitled "Obtaining Certificates of Need For Outpatient Providers: Strategies for ASCs, Specialty Hospitals, Diagnostic Imaging, Cancer Treatment Centers, and Other Healthcare Facilities." The history of CON and the current state of CON regulations was discussed, as well as the steps for planning and implementing a successful application process.
